License Agreement

1. Products covered

This Agreement applies to UPSHIFT MONEY, UPSHIFT HABITS, bundles, Google Sheets templates, formulas, layouts, spreadsheet structures, instructions, supporting materials, replacement files and updates. UPSHIFT Assistant access is governed separately by the UPSHIFT Assistant Subscription Policy.

2. Ownership

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights. Templates, spreadsheet structures, formulas, layouts, graphics, instructions, branding and original materials remain the property of UPSHIFT CORE or their respective licensors.

3. Single-user licence

Each purchase grants a licence to one individual user only. The licence is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable if this Agreement is materially violated.

The licence does not cover family members, friends, colleagues, employees, contractors, customers, teams, organizations or other third parties. Each additional user must purchase their own licence.

4. Permitted use

You may:

• use the product for your own personal activities;
• enter and manage your own information;
• customize editable elements for your personal needs;
• create personal working and reasonable backup copies;
• access your personal copy from multiple devices that you control; and
• print limited portions for your own personal reference.

Using the product on multiple personal devices does not create additional user licences.

5. Prohibited use

You may not:

• share the product, file, link or credentials with another person;
• allow another person to copy, edit or use it;
• upload it to a public or shared drive or repository;
• distribute it through a marketplace, website, group, course, community or file-sharing service;
• sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, transfer, gift or redistribute it;
• create copies for customers, employees, students, team members, friends or family;
• include it in another product, subscription, membership, course, application or commercial offering;
• sell or distribute a modified version;
• recreate and distribute a substantially similar product based on protected UPSHIFT CORE materials;
• remove ownership, copyright or branding notices; or
• claim the product, structure, design or documentation as your own.

6. Personal and commercial activities

You may use your personal copy to organize information connected with your own work, freelance activity or individually operated business. You may not distribute the template to customers or staff, operate the same licence for multiple users, sell derivative templates or offer the product as a customer deliverable.

The licence covers your personal use of the tool, not commercial redistribution of the tool itself.

7. Modifications

You may modify your personal copy for your own use. A modified product remains subject to this Agreement and may not be shared, sold, sublicensed or distributed. UPSHIFT CORE is not responsible for errors or incorrect calculations caused by customer modifications.

8. Backups and access links

You may maintain reasonable backup copies solely to protect your personal access. Backup copies remain subject to the same restrictions. You must not publish or share download links, access links, activation links or files supplied with your order.

9. Third-party services

Products may depend on Google Sheets, Google Drive, browsers, Telegram or other third-party services. You are responsible for maintaining your accounts, protecting access, configuring sharing permissions, keeping backups and complying with third-party terms.

10. Updates

Updates and replacement versions remain subject to this Agreement. A purchase does not guarantee lifetime updates or permanent compatibility with every future version of a third-party platform unless expressly stated on the product page.

11. Licence violations

If we reasonably believe a product has been shared, resold, redistributed or used outside the licence, we may request that the violation stop, deactivate associated access, refuse further updates, suspend related Assistant access or terminate the licence. Where reasonably possible, we will allow you to explain or correct the issue first.

12. No transfer

You may not transfer the licence to another individual or account without prior written permission. Changing your own email address or device does not by itself transfer the licence.

13. Refunds

Termination caused by a customer’s material violation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy, applicable checkout terms and mandatory consumer law.

14. Reserved rights

Any right not expressly granted in this Agreement is reserved by UPSHIFT CORE.

15. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without limiting any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the law applicable to the customer.

The payment transaction for a purchase is governed by the applicable checkout terms shown to the customer.
