REQUIREMENTS

A Telegram account
At least one supported UPSHIFT tracker
The purchase email used for your UPSHIFT tracker
An internet connection

The Assistant connects to products available to your verified UPSHIFT account. Trackers are sold separately.

ACCESS & BILLING

After successful subscription payment, Assistant access is activated electronically through Telegram and is normally available within a few minutes. If paid access is not available within 15 minutes, contact support. Open the UPSHIFT bot, connect your tracker account and choose Monthly or Yearly access. Current plan and access status are shown inside Telegram.

QUALITY & ACCESS SUPPORT

If paid Assistant access is not activated, a supported feature is materially unavailable, or you have trouble connecting a tracker or verifying your account, contact support using the same purchase email connected to your UPSHIFT account. We will first attempt to restore access or correct the issue; refund eligibility is handled under the Refund Policy and Assistant Subscription Policy.
